New Horizons:Spreadsheet
From Animal Crossing Mods Wiki
The Animal Crossing: New Horizons game consists of many different items, villagers, achievements, recipes, and more. Over the last several iterations of the game, communities have developed around building spreadsheets to track all of this data. Every item includes information about its cost (buy, sell), color variations, what size they are (1x1, 1x2, etc.), Happy Home Academy information, etc.
The spreadsheet is broken down into 35 categories:

Abbreviations/Spreadsheet Help
NFS = Not for sale
NA = Not available or unsellable, you must trash items with NA in the sell tab instead of selling
VFX = Visual effects for wallpaper and flooring, such as animation
